Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of rouleto.online, account registration, payment for a plan, or activation of a license key constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, the public offer, the refund policy, and the privacy policy.
2. License and Access
The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform functionality within the scope of the paid plan. The license does not transfer any intellectual property rights, source code, infrastructure, algorithms, or other proprietary assets.
3. Digital Nature of the Service
The Platform provides a digital product and digital services. The Platform's obligation is deemed properly performed upon issuance of the license key, granting access to the account, or otherwise making the paid functionality available to the User.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The User may not: • transfer, resell, rent, or otherwise provide access to the service to third parties • bypass technical limitations, quotas, safeguards, or billing mechanisms • use the service for unlawful purposes, infringement of third-party rights, or interference with Platform operations • attempt to decompile, copy, extract algorithms, scrape, or mass export data or interface elements
5. No Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, compliance with User expectations, or achievement of any financial, technical, analytical, or other result.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, third-party service restrictions, connectivity outages, actions of payment providers, hosting vendors, browsers, User devices, or any other circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control. In any event, the Platform's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the disputed license key.
7. Suspension and Termination
The Platform may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate User access in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected abuse, fraud, circumvention of restrictions, unauthorized access, unjustified chargeback, or any other threat to infrastructure, payments, or the Platform's business reputation. In such cases, no refund is provided.
8. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
The User confirms that they make payment for a digital product knowingly and in good faith, understand that access may be provided immediately after payment, and agree to contact support first to resolve any dispute. Initiating an unjustified chargeback after access, key delivery, activation, or actual use of the service is treated as bad-faith conduct. The Platform may use order details, technical logs, login history, IP addresses, activation history, and other digital evidence to defend its interests before a bank, payment processor, or other authorized party.
9. Claims Procedure and Evidence
Before contacting a bank, payment system, regulator, or court, the User must submit a written claim using the contact details listed on the website and allow at least 10 calendar days for review. Email correspondence, billing records, server logs, authorization details, activation records, API usage data, and other Platform digital records are considered admissible evidence of the parties' interactions.
10. Amendments
The Platform may amend these terms and related legal documents at any time without separate personal notice. The current version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after publication of updates constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised version.
