Public Offer Agreement
1. General Provisions

2. Subject of the Offer

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Anti-Chargeback Terms
By making a payment, the User confirms that they: • act on their own behalf or have all necessary authority to use the selected payment method • understand they are purchasing a digital product and digital access that may be provided immediately after payment • agree that the Platform's obligation is considered fulfilled upon license key delivery, account access, or actual availability of the paid functionality • understand that key activation, account sign-in, use of features, API requests, data uploads, or any other actual use of the service confirms receipt of the service The User agrees to: • not initiate unjustified chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute procedures after access has been provided • contact support before contacting a bank or payment system and allow a reasonable time for review • provide information confirming the good-faith nature of the claim if requested by the Platform In the event of an unjustified chargeback, payment dispute concerning a service already rendered, or concealment of actual service use, the Platform may: • immediately restrict access to the account, license, and related ecosystem services • revoke the license key without compensation • use correspondence, billing data, IP addresses, and authorization, activation, and usage logs as evidence of proper performance • provide relevant information to payment partners and other authorized participants in the payment process for dispute defense
7. Disclaimer of Claims
The User confirms that they: • have reviewed the Platform's functionality • accept the service in its current state Unmet expectations do not constitute grounds for claims.
8. Refund Policy
After license key activation, receipt of account access, availability of paid functionality, or any actual use of the service, no refund will be provided. Before activation, a refund may be considered solely at the Platform's discretion if the request is submitted within 24 hours and there are no signs that the User has received digital access, the key, or any other material service value.
9. Ecosystem
The Platform is part of an ecosystem that may change. The Platform may: • add or remove features • change the structure of services Access to future features is not guaranteed.
10. Amendments
The Platform may amend the terms of this Offer. The current version is available on the website.
