Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy governs the conditions for refunds for services purchased on rouleto.online.
2. Digital Product
All products are digital and provided as a license key. Access is granted immediately after payment.
3. Refund Conditions
A refund may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met: • the license key has not been activated • access to the account and paid functionality has not actually been granted or used • the request is submitted within 24 hours • there are no signs of payment mechanism abuse
4. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund will not be provided if: • the key has been activated • access to the service has been obtained, even if used only partially • there has been account sign-in, activation, data upload, feature usage, or any other verifiable use of the service • the reason is related to User expectations, misunderstanding of functionality, incompatibility on the User's side, or a decision to stop using the service without a Platform breach
5. Chargeback
The User agrees to contact support first and allow an opportunity for pre-dispute resolution. Unjustified bank chargebacks, reversal attempts after actual receipt of digital access, or concealment of service use may result in: • account suspension • access restriction • license revocation • the Platform submitting technical and payment evidence to the bank or payment system
